We just ate there on Sept. 18 at 4:45pm. The cook came out of the kitchen with a cigarette in his mouth. Cook was not dressed to a proper business standard. If he dies not care about himself then he probably doesn't care about the customers which showed in our meal today. My husband's food was not prepared correctly. Another employee came from the kitchen. Boy with long hair. NO HAIR NET! Our buns on the burgers was so old they tasted stale and was crumbling apart. Been there a previous time for breakfast and it was an older man who cared about his customers. Our breakfast was great. Now they have lost my business!

My food was given to someone else and when I finally got some it was all cold plus the bacon was the greasiest I ever got. On the plus side they recognized the problem. I left most of it on my plate and went elsewhere for food.
