What has happen to the. Krystal. Bought a 24 ok. Very dry buns hard maybe a dot of mustard. Not steamed. Worse eve had. Will never buy at Lafayette again. Not sure if I will ever buy Krystal's again.
Furthermore, it's good practice for restaurants to give you all of your food at the same time so that it is the same temperature or atleast appears this way to customer. Both times I had larger orders and half of the burgers were given to me then later the next half.
Food was fresh today however they don't steam the buns anymore.
PSA: They do NOT automatically ring your order up the cheapest way for the customer, you have to specify exactly how you want your order rang up. Including if there is a sale on krystals or the current 5 for $5. I know this because the sale was my last visit and the 5 for $5 was this visit. When questioned why the price wasn't as we figured from the menu +estimating tax at 10% we were given this reason. This is not good business!
Food was good and fresh. Service was quick.

If chains are going to come in and ruin the wonderful mom and pop experiences that small towns offer they need to be prepared to be advertisement for the integrity of their company whether they are corporate or owner operators. This message tells me that Krystal's sucks, and I want a White Castle to replace them or run them out of business!
