If I could give zero stars, I would. Advance Financial is a horrible business, do NOT get a title loan from them if you value your sanity. I paid off my title loan on my car over a month ago, they said it would take 8 days to mail me my title back, it has been over a month now and STILL NO TITLE. If I call the corporate office I get thrown around to 10 different people who can't answer & can't find information on where my title is. Absurd!
