I couldn't have asked for more from Nathaniel and the people there. I was given a very fair trade in deal and a fair price on the truck I bought. I've never written a review for anybody before but the customer service was so excellent I thought it was necessary to let others know about my experience. Not only was there great customer service, zero pressure, and patience shown by them, but thy also helped me two days after my purchase when I needed license plate transfer paperwork added (because I live in NC and that's what the DMV told me I had to get done). Without hesitation, Nathaniel got it done for me right away. I honestly wish all dealerships had this kind of customer service and if I lived in Tennessee, there is no doubt, I would do business with Integrity Auto Sales again
Bought a truck here which is now in the shop for an engine replacement after 2 months. I understand buying something "as is" but we were told the truck had been well maintained with one owner. This truck's engine is completely ruined.
